Brussels, a rainy day

In an impulse I decided to take a trip to Brussels. During the academic year I'm there all the time, but now I'm in the middle of summer break, I hardly make it there. Wandering around, discovering new places in the city, strolling through old antique stores, it's all part of the experience. I ended up in this really lovely café and got a chance to finally start the book I've been wanting to read for a while now, the girl on the train. On top of that I got drawn into the Taschen book store where I couldn't resist to pick up a book. Dalí has always been a huge inspiration for me and now I can emerge myself in his work completely. It felt so good to be back. It's strange how a city filled with noise and people can make me feel like I'm all alone in this world, and that in the most positive way.
