It finally happened guys! I made myself a website. After putting off the investment for so long I decided it was finally time to make the jump. To be honest, I wasn't prepared. Putting together a website is way more stressful than I had anticipated but I think it turned out pretty great! (if I say so myself) So many details you have to think about, and being somewhat of a design freak I couldn't let the details go undone. Working with Squarespace has been a blessing though, so shout out to such an amazing platform. I really recommend it.
So, what will I be doing on this website. First of all it'll serve as a portfolio, updating the galleries whenever I publish new work in any format. Second there is this blog. I've always loved writing and in the last couple of months I've been posting more casual things on my tumblr at lescitoyens. That'll shift over to my personal website from now on. So get ready for photo sets of my daily life here in Belgium and everywhere else I might end up going.
I'm currently in the process of my summer project called Summer Focus. I'm uploading one photo every two days from the 1st of July until the 31st of August. This'll be on my Facebook page and on my Flickr. So follow me on these two channels to make sure you're updated on these new photos. Two years ago I started 60 days of summer and it was an amazing experience. It really got me to grow as a photographer. Having to focus my energy on photography and not letting me waste my long and careless summer. So, this way I'm starting off my summer break with a new website and a big project ahead of me. Stay tuned and thank you for all the support throughout the years!
