My Pinterest addiction

Admitting you have a problem is the first step in overcoming it. I know I'm not the only one who has an entire board filled with DIY projects I know I'll never do. Sometimes I just get sucked into this endless spiral of pretty and seemingly easy project ideas. I re-pin and like as if I'm the most productive person on the planet with a never-ending time supply. So today I'm facing my problem, and kind of self promoting my Pinterest account, by sharing my boards with you all.

Home decor is one of my obsessions. I'm up for everything design and interior related. I considered studying architecture for a while, that's how much I love it. My taste can probably be summarized by the words sleek, mid-century modern, minimalistic but all with a slight rough and cozy element. I know it'll be a long time before I'll be able to afford myself a nice apartment, but in the meanwhile I look at this board.

An espensive taste and a low budget, that's basically my situation. I love minimal and simple clothing. In real life I have two different scenarios: one is where I put an effort into how I look and put a complete outfit together. The other one is when I couldn't care less and I look like a homeless person who hasn't showered in weeks. There is no real in-between, but my Style board is always the first one. At least there I can keep up appearances.

If you're active on Pinterest you probably have a board similar to this one. Filled with projects you will never actually do, but it's so great to keep them just in case you get bored and want to DIY something. I have to say I'm proud that I actually did one project, dip dyeing a t-shirt. It's been thrown away by now but I was really proud of it. I should really do some of these!

My travel board always kicks up my wanderlust. Most of the time I re-pin photos of places I have already visited or that I will be visiting in the nearby future. It's just something to remind me of the amazing things I've been able to experience. And of course some dream destinations that are still far in the future. Probably everyone will say they want to see the world and travel, so I'm just going to keep it at the fact that our planet is so beautiful and I want to see as much as possible.

There you have it, four of my most frequently updated boards. Join me in my Pinterest addiction and comment down below if you have a board I should be following. I'm always looking for fresh and new content. Every time I get bored and I want to feel productive, Pinterest pretty much always does the trick! Hope you're having a wonderful day, see you on Friday!
